The Pope’s fellow bishops here in the United States also buy into the “politically correct” notion of gun control. One possible reason Catholic prelates support the United Nations unrealistic small arms trade limitation is that Catholic authorities are enamored of the concept of the state according to some medieval political philosophy. This posited the state as an entity with certain duties, rights and responsibilities and considered individuals neatly situated within that framework. The state, however, is the greatest mass-murderer in history. The experience of victims under tyrannies in Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia, Communist China and other states clearly demonstrates this. Militant groups such as Black Lives Matter, the New Black Panthers or Nation of Islam declare war on the police or white people in general and urge the killing of white police officers as oppressors and black officers as “race traitors.” Young white kids declare solidarity with them and vow to fight to end “white privilege.” Continue reading
Austin advocates of sustainable development policies advancing an anti-car agenda have systematically put up barriers to auto travel and elevated politically correct modes of travel like mass transit, walking and biking. They’ve removed 1,000 parking spaces from downtown Austin to make way for wider sidewalks, and they’ve converted lanes open to all cars into restricted bike and bus lanes. Now Austin is known for its aggressive cyclists, wasteful and scandal-ridden Metro system and congestion rather than an economic powerhouse and freedom-loving Texas city. Continue reading
The existential threat to America today is not communism but colonization by illegal aliens and Muslim “refugees.” Political correctness subverts our First Amendment rights and shuts down even discussions about the threats to the middle class. Continue reading
In light of all the chaos, one might say that the metaphoric battle of civilizations has reached European soil. But such a statement would be false. There is no battle, as a battle involves two or more sides actively engaged. The only active side in this story is the radicalized, anything but tolerant, threat of Islamic terror, which is ripping into the heart of Europe and putting people of all nations and religions in danger. The other side is the passive European continent, trying to cope with the philosophy of tolerance and to figure out what it may and may not say and do. Europe sleeps and extremists recruit. No, this is no battle. It is suicide. Continue reading
Is Trump a true conservative convert in the tradition of Reagan? Time and elections will tell. What is clear is that, in the words of one disgusted conservative, voting for Trump is a “Hail Mary” pass many conservatives are quite willing to make given the lateness of the hour. Meanwhile, the usual alliance of liberal activists and collaborator attorneys and powerbrokers already is talking of impeaching Trump should he be elected president. This should surprise nobody, especially those who must daily wage guerrilla battles simply to preserve the right to remain a conservative. Continue reading
Whether solutions point in the direction of stemming the migrant flow through new policies, securing the EU borders, reinstating passports and border checks for each Schengen nation, or witnessing countries taking this issue into their own hands, one thing is certain: peace and unity cannot be maintained if the situation goes unchanged. The recent Islamist attacks on Paris and San Bernardino are pivotal moments for the future of Western civilization, which now hangs in the balance. Continue reading
Obama’s Work Place Violence Scenario is Getting Old, While Americans are Still Dying at the Hands of Islamic Terrorists
When the Redlands Tea Party Patriots objected to the resettling of Syrian Muslim migrants in their community, CAIR, the Council on American Islamic Relations accused them of “paranoia and phobia rooted in a combination of ignorance and bigotry.” San Bernardino is home to what is described as a “growing Muslim population” and that growth comes with terrifying growing pains. Among American cities across the nation, San Bernardino is not alone. Continue reading
Pro wrestling is anti-intellectual. It is a melodrama at heart, a throwback to earlier times when not all popular entertainment was cynical. With their college degrees and the left-wing academic indoctrination that comes with them, liberals can play the highbrow and chuckle at such fare. They do not similarly dismiss illiterate popular music and other art forms that are mindless, yet add to the cultural erosion they favor. Continue reading
There is nothing wrong with human rights, except that it misses out God. It was during a God-fearing era when John Paul II was pope and Ronald Reagan was president, when American society combined spirituality with morality and brought communism to its knees. Today, we should heed President Reagan’s warning: “When we will forget that we are a nation subordinated to God, we will simply become a subordinated nation.” Continue reading
We can either live in a paranoid politically correct world frantically trying not to offend the Hitlers and Mohammeds, and blaming their victims when they kill, or we can be freemen and women who have chosen to take the power to defend our rights into our own hands. While a thousand organizations use the Holocaust as a platform for speeches about tolerance, Children of Jewish Holocaust Survivors is conducting firearms training. Continue reading
The deceits of Peter Manseau and the New York Times, which never bothers fact checking even the wildest Muslim claims, are in their own way every bit as dishonest as Turkish President Erdogan’s Cuban mosque. The difference is that they have the protective coloration of academia and journalism.
“Jesus Christ died on that cross. He is the reason we are to worship only Him. Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior,” Christine Weick declared at the Washington National Cathedral. “We have built …allowed you your mosques in this country…”
Despite the fact that it is considered an exemplar of democracy throughout the world, the United States is dealing with many issues which seem to increasingly restrict its citizens’ freedoms. One of these is free speech. Can the U.S., a country in the throes of extreme political correctness, still think of itself as a bastion of free speech protected under the First Amendment to the Constitution, or is it now only allowed to listen to a few biased opinions of people who fit into the mold of what a 21st century citizen should be like?
Children of all ages have been systematically exploited by men of Asian descent in the South Yorkshire town of Rotherham, England, over a period of sixteen years.
Although the exact number of children being abused is not yet known and the scale of this torturous behavior is so far undetermined, a damning report commissioned by the Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council titled, Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Exploitation in Rotherham (1997 – 2013), states that what may be considered a conservative estimate is that of “approximately 1400 children [being] sexually exploited over the full Inquiry period.”
